The staff here are really nice and friendly. the breakfast is pretty good, you can enjoy a nice cappuccino and they also have cheese and cornflakes 🍳.

Great location right in the city center. I ended my night with a nightcap at Perbacco Wine Experience, which is just a stone's throw away from here 🍷.

Great hotel, super location right in the center of the town and wonderful staff. Location short walk to Montepulciano as well as the Piazza Grande. For shots visit Perbacco Wine Experience, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Beds were not good.

A complimentary minibar and terrace in the room and the very comfy bed. Excellent bathroom with a bathtub.

A little hard to find, look for the number vice a hotel sign, then through a huge wooden door, walk up two flights. Enter into a grand room resembling an old palace where the "host" sits. He will gladly assist with luggage. He is only there to early evening & speaks just enough english - speak slow!. Only 5 guest rooms present themselves through doors off of this great room, so there isnt the annoying factor of "tourists" everywhere, which I loved. Its like being there alone & our room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good; meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, etc. Mini-bar, movies & tv internet are free. The hotel is a bit pricey but we got a good prepaid rate.

If you are driving be aware that the street is very narrow, one way & you cant really park in front. I suggest that one person go up to announce your arrival to the host (or call) and he will come down and show you where to temporary park your car so that you can offload luggage.
